We went to Echelon Coffee in Springfield, MO, and it instantly became my favorite coffee shops. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit—warm, inviting, and so peaceful. The staff was incredibly friendly, the kind of genuine kindness that makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in the door. Their coffee is on another level. They roast their own beans and have their own blend, and when I say it’s the best coffee I’ve probably ever had, I’m not exaggerating. The flavor was so smooth and rich that I could easily drink it black. You can truly taste the freshness and the craft behind it. We also ordered the banana chocolate muffin, and it was perfect—moist, flavorful, and baked just right. You can tell they they do everthing in excellence. The shop was clean, cozy, and had plenty of comfortable seating—great for relaxing, studying, or catching up with a friend. If you’re in Springfield and love good coffee, friendly people, and a peaceful atmosphere, you absolutely need to stop by Echelon Coffee. I can’t recommend it enough!

Absolute legit coffee shop, got so lucky I was staying at a nearby hotel for one night and ventured out in the morning for some real coffee. This place did not disappoint. I didn’t have the patience to wait for a pour over so I went with whatever they had on drip and it was perfection The space is inviting and…spacious! It wasn’t loud at all either, although I imagine it could be when more crowded. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I tried this coffee shop while I was visiting Springfield. I had a latte and it was decent. It could've been hotter - it was just warm. I liked that they gave my dog a treat. We went through the drive-thru and service was very slow. It wasn't very busy, but the order took a long time. The barista was friendly though, but service could be a bit quicker.

This is for the new location in Iron Grain District. All the food is made in house and delish! Matcha is whisked to order, and the interior is beautiful.

Excellent pour over. I got an Ethiopian, but it was great to have a couple of specialty options available. Barista, Nathan, was very friendly and professional. High-end equipment and specialty coffees available from multiple roasters. Great selection. These people know what they're doing. The owners are avid bikers it sounds like and certainly coffee professionals.

Look at this latte art! This place has delicious Carmel lattes and they are amazing people and super amazing to loyal customers. They have doggie treats for you pup. And always in a good mood about their job. I will update this when I get the gentleman’s name that created this superior latte! Echelon is my favorite coffee shop!

The experience was amazing. One of the best. Gideon knows every menu item and what it entails. We were quizzing him hard. Him and Heidi and Anna are doing an excellent job running the shift. Couldn’t ask for better. Try the summertime Golden Hour Latte it’s amazing! Pics are of The Formation. Gideon knows how to pour his coffee.
